Order Processing

Please allow 2-3  days for your order to be processed and shipped.  

Refund policy

We have a 10-day exchange-only policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return for store credit.  No refunds are given on in store or online purchases.

Regular priced *

We will happily Exchange any regular priced, Jewellery and unworn apparel  within 10 days of  purchase for a store credit.

Sale*

All Sale items are Final Sale. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges for final sale items.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Any item that is altered via engraving, sizing, stamping or modified from its original state may not be exchanged or returned.

To start an exchange, please contact us at hickoxjewelers@gmail.com. We will advise you on next steps. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Please note:  The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless Hickoxjewelers.com has sent the incorrect item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
